My name is Pippa Haines. I am married with two young children. We live in Worcester in the West Midlands, UK and have done for 7yrs.
I trained as a childrens' nurse in London and continued nursing until we moved to Worcester. I left for several reasons, the largest being a personal feeling that I would never want to start a family, while nursing sick children.
When we moved to Worcester, I temped for a few months as an administrator, before getting a job as an analyst for a utilities company. Due to the department re-locating, while I was on maternity leave, I did not return.
Having taught myself html code about 10yrs ago, I have designed a few websites for cricket clubs, friends and family. In the last year or so, I've been wanting to develop my skills further, so having designed the sites using flash software I then started to learn and develop my SEO skills.
Pippas web has been started to offer my web design and developing SEO skills to those who would like a website, but don't know how or want to have the hassle of setting it up and administering it themselves.
I love learning, especially when it comes to computers and the Internet. Although I have no formal Web-design training, I design fully functioning sites that meet the requirements of the client. I hope that while building new sites, for new clients, I will expand my knowledge; thereby expanding the services that I can offer in the future.
